The Path is a game that I first created around 2017 for Android phones and Samsung smartwatches. While it has had only modest success on Google Play, it has been downloaded over 9,000 times on the Galaxy Watch Store and counting.
Originally, I created the app around its pronounced visual style and the idea of an "infinite runner" type game that only allowed you to turn at right angles. After building a quick mockup of the game, I used technologies such as Apache Cordova to build it into a full app featuring powerups to shake up the gameplay a bit, as well as a healthy amount of polish.
